ID Policy-
- Zee’s Smoke Shop reserves the right to ask for additional verification through our ID verification system called GetVerdict.
- How does GetVerdict work? If your order needs additional verification, you will be sent a link to upload your government issued ID via email, along with a selfie to confirm the ID matches the person who is submitting the information. The GetVerdict link is sent to the email that is entered at the checkout. We are not responsible if there are order delays due to the email being overlooked by the customer.
- Do I have to keep doing the GetVerdict ID verification every time I place an order? No, once you’re in the system, you will not have to repeat the GetVerdict ID check.
- When would I get a GetVerdict ID check?
- If you are a first-time customer and your order exceeds a certain dollar amount.
- If you are a first-time customer and your billing/shipping do not match.
Return Policy-
- All sales are final on the following products: Exotic Chips/Snacks/Cookies/Drinks
- All products are “as is” and are disclaimed from the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at our email address; zeevaporhf@gmail.com for further assistance.
- All products manufactured by Puffco Corp. that are deemed DOA, or become defective overtime, must be exchanged through their warranty process. We are NOT responsible for replacing ANY products manufactured by Puffco Corp.
- If you choose to exchange your product for a different one, you may do so, but you must cover return shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
- Items must be in their original form (NOT used or altered). Used items are not returnable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items show any signs of wear, use, or alterations. We are not allowed to take back used products, please inspect & water test your product before use!
- If you believe an item is defective please email zeevaporhf@gmail.com before sending the item back.
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We can only issue STORE CREDIT for ALL orders regardless of if they have shipped, or not.
- If the product is undamaged and you would like to return it, you can do so for credit ONLY within 7 days after you have purchased the product. Please repackage your item the way you received it to avoid damage during shipping, we are not responsible for broken/damaged exchanges & returns.
- **Customs/Import Duties for International Orders are NOT included in Shipping Price**

Shipping Policy-
- All products will be shipped discretely via USPS shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we start packing your order, & that label will update within 1-3 business days. Orders shipped with USPS get dropped off within 3 business days. Please give us time to pack your order.
- First Class shipping takes between 5-15 business days,
- Priority Mail shipping will be between 3-5 business days,
- Express Shipping is 1-2 business days.
- Orders ship between 24 & 72 hours of the order being placed. Once again, please note our shipping department is closed on weekends. Additionally, please double check that you have submitted the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for mis-deliveries or lost packages due to address errors; it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they’ve entered the correct information.
- For shipping/delivery related questions while orders are in transit please reach out to the appropriate carrier. (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
- All orders not labeled as “Pre-Order” will ship within 24-72 hours of placing the order.
- SELECT orders require signature at the time of delivery. If there are delays caused by the customer being unable to sign for the package at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for reimbursements of shipping costs associated with the order.
- Tracking will be given to the CUSTOMER within 24-72 hours. Orders are packed & shipped the following day.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, customer is responsible for filing claim with shipping company.
- We are no responsible for items damaged in transit, unless there was a packaging error on our part.

- When are website drops?
- We have new heady glass drops every weekday Monday-Friday! Check out the “New Arrivals” section every day at noon!
- It’s been more than 3 business days, but my tracking number hasn’t updated yet?
- Sometime USPS packages don’t update until they get to the 2nd Post Office facility. First Class packages can sometimes take between 5-15 business days to update. If your package has still not updated after this time frame, please call Customer Service Line: (630)-237-4541
- I Placed my order, but I received an E-Mail/Text asking for me to verify information?
- To protect both, you, the customer, and us from fraudulent transactions, we may ask that you send a picture of your ID or a piece of recent mail from the same name & address. Orders shipping to a different address or name other than the credit/debit card holder at the credit/debit card holder’s billing address will be subject to a secondary verbal credit/debit card verification from the credit/debit card holder and may require additional time to ship. The order must be verified before we ship your purchase. Orders may be subject to secondary verification. If the value of your order is valued at $500.00 or more identification & credit/debit card verification will be required. We reserve the right to verify any order. To avoid such issues on larger orders, we suggest pay via Sezzle or just making sure your billing and shipping address match up. This only applies to first time customers whom have different billing/shipping addresses. Verification is only needed once!
Zee’s does not does not judge or discriminate based on a person’s national origin, race, color, religion, disability, sex, familial status, sexual orientation, etc. Everyone 21 years or older is welcome, and we reserve the right to discontinue business with any customers/artists whom doesn’t share our same views/values.
