Hello, thank you for submitting this review. First and foremost, we just wanted to address that we are not deleting reviews. We updated our review software, which reset some of our reviews specifically on newer product products. Hence why this review is still up. The initial batch of this product that came out was inconsistently made with leading to a 10% defect rate. That issue has now been resolved so the new batch is perfectly fine and if you receive one that’s defective, 3grams will replace it for free.
